Hi all ex iFIXEDme'ers, the format for this program has changed

Below is the format that you will see, unlike the iFIXEDme program your weight is not shown.

What you need to do: 


This Monday 14th May - Send me your Target Weight Loss and starting weight

For the following  Monday mornings all you send me is your weight that day.

The table is updated each week and will inform you how much you need to lose each week to reach your target

I will text you each Sunday as a reminder to TEXT your numbers back to me on Monday morning.
